My career has centered on skeptical, high-stakes users: drug discovery scientists, pharma project managers, and enterprise analysts. They can’t rely on products that hide how decisions are made, so I design for clarity, trust, and actionability from day one.

I operate at a principal scope: from defining whether the right problem is being solved, to shipping the feature, to building the prototype that proves a new direction is worth pursuing. I’ve built functional agentic prototypes that changed roadmaps. I’ve run research studies and led design strategy that determined platform architecture. I’ve shipped GenAI features under enterprise account renewal pressure.

I’m based in Vancouver. I work best in environments where design is taken seriously as a strategic discipline that drives outcomes.
