My career has been spent designing for skeptical, high-stakes users — drug discovery scientists, pharma project managers, enterprise analysts. These are people who can’t afford to trust a tool that hides its reasoning. That constraint has shaped everything about how I work.

I operate at a principal scope: from defining whether the right problem is being solved, to shipping the feature, to building the prototype that proves a new direction is worth pursuing. I’ve built functional agentic prototypes that changed roadmaps. I’ve run research studies and led design strategy that determined platform architecture. I’ve shipped GenAI features under enterprise account renewal pressure.

I’m based in Vancouver. I work best in environments where design is taken seriously as a strategic discipline that drives outcomes.
